How do I find my size?

Sit with your leg relaxed and measure around your thigh, 4 inches above your kneecap, with a soft tape measure. Match that number to the size chart on the product page. If you're between two sizes, send us a message before you order and we'll help you choose.

Do I need a left and a right sleeve?

Choose the side for each sleeve when you order, so the dial sits on the outer side of your knee. Got two sore knees? Pick a pair, one for each side.

How do I put it on?

Loosen the dial fully, pull the sleeve up over your knee and line the padded area up with your kneecap. Then turn the dial until it feels supportive but comfortable.

How tight should it be?

Snug and supportive, never painful. If you notice numbness, tingling or discomfort, loosen the dial straight away. You can adjust it any time during the day, for example tighter for stairs and walks, looser when you're resting.

Can I wear it under my clothes?

Yes. It's slim enough to wear under most trousers, and it doesn't add bulk like a hinged brace.

How long can I wear it for?

Wear it during your day: on the stairs, out walking, doing errands or on your feet at work. Take it off at night and give your skin a break.

Will it help my arthritis or bone-on-bone knees?

Levelo is a support sleeve, not a medical treatment, and it can't repair cartilage. Many people with sore or arthritic knees like the extra feeling of steadiness a support sleeve gives when they move. If you have a medical condition, recently had surgery or aren't sure if it's right for you, please check with your doctor first.

How do I wash it?

Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and let it air dry. Don't tumble dry, iron or use bleach, as heat can damage the stretch.
