How long will my order take?

Most orders arrive within 10–12 working days of being placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, not including public holidays.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on US orders over $50. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

First, check your tracking link for the latest update. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days, or the tracking hasn't changed for a few days, email us at [EMAIL]. We'll look into it straight away and, if it's lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

I entered the wrong address

Email us as soon as possible at [EMAIL]. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update the address for you.
